5 SIMPLE WAYS TO ADD MOMENTS OF SELF-CARE TO YOUR ALREADY TOO-BUSY SCHEDULE!

IT IS POSSIBLE!
WHY SELF-CARE?
"The greatest burden a child must bear is the unlived life of its parents." Carl Jung

Contrary to popular belief, SELF-CARE IS NOT A LUXURY!

It is absolutely necessary to show up and care for yourself before you can do anything else. Often, we are so caught up in our day-to-day lives we do not even think of taking a moment to ourselves. The kids need to get up and get ready for school. There is a long commute. 77 emails to respond to at work. Deadlines that are approaching. The commute home. Picking up the kids. Preparing dinner for the family...I truly can go on because I've lived it.

Self-Care ONLY becomes a consideration when we are so burnt out that we have no choice but to try something different. I don't want it to get that far for you.

If you're here, you know that I am a mother, wife, daughter, entrepreneur, artist and podcaster. And, you know that after obtaining the life I thought I desired, I was absolutely

miserable and stuck!

I was so busy playing all of the roles that I forgot about myself
and spiraled!

this led to quitting my job without a plan!

As crazy and unsound as that may appear, it ended up being the best decision of my life.
One of the first things I had to do was to incorporate daily self-care routines in order to nurture myself. I did not know it then, but this was the first step in rediscovering and reclaiming who I was.
These moments of self-care, provided me with space to
BREATHE. SELF-REFLECT. GET TO THE ROOT OF MY MISERY. HEAL. DREAM. REBUILD. RECONNECT WITH MY SPIRITUALITY. FIGURE OUT WHAT I WANTED. DEVELOP A PLAN AND CREATE A LIFE THAT IS TRULY ALIGNED WITH WHO I AM.

I would like to offer you some tips on how to find moments in your busy schedule to take care of yourself, too. That's it!
